What is Site Enquiries module?

Site Enquiries module provides a quick contact form to be placed on your site so your visitor can submit an enquiry.  Before you place the site enquiry form on your site page. Firstly you need to setup the module settings first by going to Admin Dashboard screen and click "Site Enquiries" menu.

In the Site Enquiries admin screen. There will two sections available. The first one will be the list of enquiries submitted on your site. You will be able to perform a quick search by entering the keyword in the search box. It will search against the enquirer's name, email, phone, subject and message content.

The second section will be the settings. This part is really important especially for the SMTP settings information. This information is used to send the email. Remember to always perform a testing sending email once you have entered the information to ensure it is working properly. Otherwise when a visitor submits an enquiry. You will not receive a notification email.

Once the settings have been setup properly. You can now install the following module "DNNInfoSEN Site Enquiries" on your site page.

Once you have installed the module. You need to go to the module settings to configure additional information for your enquiry form.

In the module settings you will be able to configure a list of available settings.

Here is the list of module settings.

  • Enquiry Form Header
    This field will allow you to enter some text in the form enquiry header section.
     
  • Enquiry Form Footer
    This field will allow you to enter some text in the form enquiry footer section.
     
  • Email Subject to Admin
    This will be the email subject sent to admin.
     
  • Email Message to Admin
    This will be the email content sent to admin. There is a list of tokens available for you to use. Those tokens will be based on the enquiry fields form.
     
  • Show Phone
    Tick this option will show the phone field.
     
  • Make Phone Required
    Tick this option will make the phone field required.
     
  • Show Phone
    Tick this option will show the phone field.
     
  • Make Phone Required
    Tick this option will make the phone field required.
     
  • Enable Auto Reply
    Tick this option will auto reply to enquirer's email. 
     
  • Auto Reply Subject
    This will be the subject for the Auto reply email if you enable Auto reply option.
     
  • Auto Reply Message
    This will be the content message for the Auto reply email if you eanble Auto reply option.
     
  • Form Theme
    You can set the form theme css style. There is a list of themes available for you to use.
     
  • Send a copy email
    If this option is ticked. You will be able to send a copy email address.

Once the setup has been updated successfully. You will be able to see the enquiry form like below.
